Prophet Muhammad (saw) was asked, "Who are the best of people?". He said:
"Those who are cheerful when they do good.
Repent when they do wrong. Grateful when they receive.
...Who show patience when in difficulty and Pardon when angered''.
May we be among the best of people.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Look at those who stand at a lower level than you but don't look at those who stand at a higher level than you, for this would make the favours (conferred upon you by Allah) insignificant (in your eyes).
